Notably, the film will also showcase Blackpink's Jisoo, who is currently garnering attention for her K-Drama Newtopia. This film will represent her debut on the big screen, and it is certainly an impressive introduction.

The recently unveiled teaser for The Prophet Omniscient Reader showcases the pivotal moment when the two realms converge. Dok-ja begins by reading the opening line of the webtoon, which describes a subway halting in the midst of Dongho Bridge. Coincidentally, he is aboard that very subway, and it comes to a stop at the exact location, thereby transporting Dok-ja into the manhwa. Shortly thereafter, he becomes aware that he is inhabiting the webtoon. He encounters Joong-hyuk, and soon after, the protagonists unite in their quest to save the world in which they find themselves trapped. The film is scheduled for release in theaters this July. Notably, this will also mark Soo-bin's project following the immensely popular K-Drama, When The Phone Rings.

The extent to which the creators have preserved the original narrative remains somewhat uncertain; however, the webtoon adaptation of The Prophet Omniscient Reader centers on Kim Dok-ja (Hyo-seop), who unexpectedly finds himself immersed in the fantasy novel he is reading. Although it may evoke comparisons to Lee Jung-suk's W: Two Worlds Apart, this narrative diverges significantly. In this story, there are two protagonists: one is a character from the manhwa, while the other is transported into it. Aware of the story's tragic trajectory, Dok-ja is tasked with the mission of saving the world. Lee Min-ho portrays the character Yoo Jung-hyuk, the protagonist from the manhwa, whose role is predetermined, thereby placing the entire burden of effecting change solely on Dok-ja.
