About The Diplomat

Set against the backdrop of India-Pakistan relations, The Diplomat delves into themes of diplomacy and the personal struggles encountered by diplomats. The film features notable performances by Sharib Hashmi, Sadia Khateeb, Kumud Mishra, and Revathy in significant roles.

A review from the Hindustan Times described The Diplomat as a compelling project that successfully avoids the common issue of a sluggish second half, which often plagues films after intermission. Instead, it is crafted like an engaging thriller, where the protagonist navigates a series of car chases and intense situations to accomplish her mission. The resolution of Uzma's journey across the India-Pakistan border to return home is portrayed in a gratifying manner.
