The teaser opens with Yami Gautam portraying Koyal and Pratik Gandhi as Veer Poddar, situated on a honeymoon bed adorned with heart-shaped rose petals. Accompanied by the song "O Laal Dupatte Wali," featuring Govinda, Chunky Pandey, Rageshwari, and Shilpa Shirodkar's "Aankhen," the camera zooms in on the characters' attire. Unsurprisingly, Koyal is seen wearing a red dupatta. Both characters exhibit a bridal radiance and a sense of shyness, as Veer takes the initiative by gently pulling her dupatta.
What is the identity of Charlie?
As the protagonists experience their pivotal moment, the antagonist makes his entrance. Veer is seated, while she remains standing. Eijaz Khan's character arrives with a demand, brandishing a firearm and inquiring about Charlie's whereabouts. Pratik, oblivious to the situation, questions which Charlie is being referenced. However, the bride, fully cognizant of the specific Charlie in question, takes decisive action by wielding the very gun that has held her husband captive. Her unexpected behavior leaves her husband in a state of shock.
Yami Gautam's character, Koyal, takes the forefront in the action sequences
The game of pursuit commences with her taking the lead, placing him in a precarious situation as well. There is also a sequence involving torture, though it remains ambiguous as to who is the actual victim. She manages to win her husband's trust with three simple words: Just Trust Me. In spite of the circumstances, the husband attempts to assert his masculinity, claiming he can manage two adversaries on his own, a fact that the entire city of Ahmedabad is aware of. This bravado elicits a hearty laugh from her.
Directed by Rishab Seth and produced by Aditya Dhar, Jyoti Deshpande, and Lokesh Dhar, Dhoom Dhaam is set to premiere on Netflix. This film serves as a special treat for Valentine's Day, scheduled for release on February 14.
