Kareena Kapoor Khan is gearing up for her second theatrical release of this year. After Crew, the actress is all set to feature in director Hansal Mehta's film, The Buckingham Murders. The movie, which is set to release on September 13, stars Kareena as Jass Bhamra. Ever since the trailer of The Buckingham Murders was released, the makers have built curiosity around the movie. To top it, Kareena has dropped some intriguing stills from the movie to keep the curiosity alive.

Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her official Instagram handle to share some intriguing stills from The Buckingham Murders. Bebo set the countdown to her film's release rolling as only five days are left before it arrives in cinemas. While sharing the unseen photos from The Buckingham Murders set, Kareena captioned her IG post, "5 days until you enter the world of जस भामरा. 5DaysToGo TheBuckinghamMurders in cinemas on 13th September (sic)."

Buzz is that Kareena's character Jass Bhamra is inspired by Kate Winslet's role in Mare of Easttown. Speaking of which, Bebo earlier told Variety, "I love Mare of Easttown and when Hansal came to me, I said this is something that I've really been dying to do. So we've molded a little bit on those lines, she plays a detective cop in that."

Talking about her film, The Buckingham Murders has been written by Aseem Arrora, Kashyap Kapoor, and Raghav Raj Kakker. Kareena stars in this crime-thriller alongside Ranveer Brar, Keith Allen and Ash Tandon. Interestingly, Bebo made her debut as a producer with this film, which is co-produced by Ektaa Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor.

Where to watch The Buckingham Murders on OTT?

As per the official posters of The Buckingham Murders, the crime-thriller will premiere on Netflix after its theatrical run ends. A movie generally drops on OTT after 45 to 60 days after its theatrical release.
