Teja Sajja is gearing up to thrill audiences with his new action-adventure flick, Mirai, following the success of Prasanth Varma's HanuMan in 2024. The film was supposed to hit theaters in April, but it’s been pushed back to steer clear of competing with Prabhas' The Raja Saab.

The release date for Mirai has been updated

On Saturday, film analyst Ramesh Bala hopped on X (formerly Twitter) to announce the new release date for Teja Sajja's movie, Mirai. He posted the film's poster and said, "Save the date! #MIRAI is hitting theaters on August 1, 2025. The journey of #SuperYodha kicks off globally. Brace yourselves for an epic action-adventure experience!"

The movie was originally set to hit theaters on April 18, 2025, but it would have gone up against Prabhas and director Maruthi's highly awaited horror-comedy, The Raja Saab, coming out on April 10. The reason for Mirai's delay hasn't been disclosed yet.

Last August, People Media Factory, the folks behind the film, revealed Teja’s look from Mirai on X (previously known as Twitter). They said, “Get ready for an adrenaline rush! The #SuperYodha has arrived. The #MIRAI team wishes the SUPER HERO, @tejasajja123, an amazing birthday. Mark your calendars for the Action-Adventure hitting theaters on 18th APRIL 2025 ~ in both 2D and 3D.”

In the poster, Teja was portrayed as a Super Yodha, showcasing an intense expression while defying gravity.

All about Mirai

Karthik Gattamneni is at the helm of Mirai, an action-adventure flick featuring Teja Sajja, Manchu Manoj, and Ritika Nayak in the main roles. It's produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the People Media Factory label. The dialogues are penned by Manibabu Karanam, while Gowra Hari takes care of the music and Nagendra Rangala handles the art direction. Mark your calendars because the film is hitting theaters on August 1, 2025.
