It's been two years, but the creators have finally announced Season 3 of Lee Je-hoon’s Taxi Driver! This crime thriller vigilante K-drama first hit Netflix in 2021. After Season 2 came out in 2023, it became available on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Rakuten Viki. Now, the production company, SBS, has taken to social media to confirm Season 3 and share details about the cast.

SBS hasn't given a specific release date yet, but they did confirm that Season 3 of Taxi Driver is set to drop in the latter half of 2025. The creators shared, “The new season of the Taxi Driver drama, which has been hugely popular with fans, is officially lined up to air on SBS later this year.”

The whole crew of ‘Rainbow Taxi Service’ is gearing up for Season 3 to keep up their quest for justice. Lee Je-hoon is back as the talented driver Kim Do-gi, leading the way. He’s joined by Kim Eui-sung, who plays the dedicated leader Jang Sung-cheol, and Pyo Ye-jin as the sharp hacker Ahn Go-eun. Plus, the dynamic duo of Jang Hyuk-jin and Bae Yoo-ram will return as the engineers, Choi Kyung-goo and Park Jin-uhn.

Inspired by the webtoon, The Taxi Driver, this K-drama follows the enigmatic Rainbow Taxi Service, which takes it upon themselves to deliver justice to those who’ve been failed by the legal system.
