In the post-credits scene, Varun Dhawan's Bhaskar (Bhediya) tells Abhishek Banerjee that he needs to return to Delhi after his Chanderi visit. Varun's character informs him about a new threat, which is about a man sucking the blood out of people's necks. This revelation is a strong hint about the existence of vampires in Maddock Films' horror comedy universe.

Is Akshay Kumar the new supervillain? Was he Sarkata?

Akshay Kumar made a surprising cameo in Stree 2. In the film, he is shown as a patient at a psychiatric hospital in Bhopal. He tells Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi and Abhishek Banerjee that he comes from the lineage of the gigantic villain Sarkata. In fact, he gives hints about how one can defeat the demon.
