While it is a known fact that Varun Dhawan, who plays 'Bhediya' in Dinesh Vijan's horror-comedy universe, will make his cameo appearance, there's another name floating around. It appears that Akshay Kumar, whose own film Khel Khel Mein releases alongside Stree 2, might make a cameo appearance in Rajkummar Rao-Shraddha Kapoor's film. There are a few more cameos in the movie. Here's cracking who will be seen and others who are likely to be seen in the OG film's sequel...

Akshay Kumar to have a cameo in Stree 2?

A month back, Hindustan Times reported that Akshay Kumar is also a part of Stree 2. The actor is likely to be seen in a cameo appearance, a source confirmed while stating that it is Akshay's comic timing that got him the role and that his presence in the few minutes 'elevates the sequence.' It is to be noted that Akshay's own movie Khel Khel Mein will also be releasing alongside Stree 2 on Independence Day, August 15.

Varun Dhawan's cameo

Like mentioned, Varun is already a part of the franchise and so, the Bhediya is back. He was seen in the song, Khoobsurat, where he romances Shraddha's character.

Tamannaah Bhatia makes a cameo

Tamannaah Bhatia has joined the franchise and will be seen in a special number. She is a part of the song, Aaj Ki Raat. Interestingly, she is also seen in the film Vedaa, which releases on the same day as Stree 2.

Munjya actors to make a cameo?

In a recent interview, Rajkummar Rao confirmed that there are four cameos in Stree 2. Shraddha Kapoor hinted that there will be a world where Stree, Bhediya and Munjya meet. So, if our guess is correct, one or both the Munjya actors Abhay Verma and Sharvari Wagh could be a part of Stree 2 as well.

Helmed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 also features Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana in pivotal roles. The film will be out on August 15 with Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham's Vedaa.
