After a quick-paced episode 3 of Solo Leveling season 2 set in the Demon Castle (with some nods to Jeju Island), we’re now getting some teasers about a return to the Demon Castle, or are we? The creators have dropped some big clues in the preview for episode 4, where we see Sung Jin-woo discussing the Elixir of Life. So, is he heading back to the Demon Castle to grab the Elixir and save his sick mom, or are we in for a different storyline? Let’s check out the preview and see what we can piece together...

The sneak peek for Solo Leveling season 2 episode 4 kicks off with Jinwoo mentioning that he only has one more level to conquer to get his hands on the Elixir of Life.

The Hunters' Guild is starting to get a bit curious and restless about Jinwoo

The Hunters' Guild isn't exactly thrilled about Jinwoo, an E-rank official, coming back from missions while D-rank or higher officers are still out there. They're starting to wonder what's really happening during those missions since Jinwoo always returns.

Jinwoo's latest missions - diving into the Retesting and the Hunters' Guild Arc all at the same time?

Jinwoo might only have two of the three ingredients for the holy water, but he knows he’s not just your average E-rank hunter. He’s already proven himself by clearing 75 out of 100 floors in just two days and taking down tough opponents like Vulcan in the Demon Castle. Now that he’s back, he’s determined to get retested and earn that S-rank title. He’s on a mission to make it happen.

There's also a hint in the preview about another mission that involves dungeons. Yep, it looks like we might get a glimpse of the Hunters' Guild Arc in this episode too. Jinwoo teams up with a mining crew for an A-rank mission. The episode is called "I Need To Stop Faking," and it seems like Jinwoo might tackle two arcs simultaneously again. I'm curious to see who he'll be up against this time around.
