2 months ago | 5 Views
Sky Force Box Office Day 6 Prediction: Akshay Kumar has successfully marked his return to the box office with the first hit film of 2025, signaling a revival of his previous successes. Sky Force has emerged as a significant achievement for the actor, who has faced challenges over the past two years, with many of his films not achieving the desired results. Featuring Veer Pahariya, Sara Ali Khan, and Nimrat Kaur, the film effectively harnessed the patriotic spirit associated with Republic Day, further enhancing its impressive box office performance. As the weekend concluded, there were concerns regarding a potential decline in collections that could impede the film's ongoing success.
Sky Force Box Office Prediction
Sky Force Box Office Prediction: Following a robust opening at the domestic box office, aided by the Republic Day holiday, Sky Force saw a minor decrease in earnings on Monday, generating approximately ₹5 crore. Tuesday's projections estimated collections between ₹4-5 crore, and the film exceeded expectations by earning ₹5.75 crore on its fifth day (first Tuesday), bringing its cumulative box office total to ₹75 crore, as reported by Sacnilk.
Current forecasts indicate that the film has demonstrated stronger weekday performance compared to other January releases. If this trend persists, Sky Force is anticipated to earn an additional ₹4-5 crore on Wednesday (day 6), elevating its total to around ₹80 crore at the domestic box office. Should it maintain this momentum for the next two days, it will enter the weekend in a favorable position, enabling it to benefit from another potential increase in collections.
Akshay Kumar’s Box Office Run Revived
Akshay Kumar’s Box Office Run Revived: Since the return to normalcy following the pandemic, Akshay Kumar has released more than ten films, including Sarfira, Sooryavanshi, Khel Khel Mein, Singham Again, Bachchhan Pandey, and Bell Bottom. However, with the exception of a few, most have not made a significant impact. With Sky Force, the actor appears to have achieved a much-needed resurgence. The film, which opened with over ₹70 crore during its debut weekend, has become his third-largest opening since the pandemic.
Only two films have achieved a superior opening compared to Sky Force: Sooryavanshi, which garnered ₹26.29 crore on its first day, and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, which earned ₹16.07 crore. Sky Force debuted with ₹15.3 crore. Notably, while Bade Miyan Chote Miyan experienced a significant drop in its box office performance following its initial release, Sky Force has maintained a robust presence in theaters.
The advance ticket sales for Sky Force, totaling 150,000, have outpaced those of Akshay Kumar's last five films, which include OMG 2 (90,000), Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (65,000), Khel Khel Mein (29,000), Mission Raniganj (11,000), and Sarfira (10,000).
Sky Force premiered on January 24, 2025.
