Sky Force OTT Release: Prime Video has revealed the worldwide streaming debut of Sky Force, featuring Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya. Directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Kapur, this action-drama is produced by Maddock Films in collaboration with Jio Studios. The film was initially released in theaters on January 24 of this year.

The film is set to be available for streaming on the OTT platform in India and in 240 countries and territories globally starting March 21. It features Nimrat Kaur and Sara Ali Khan in significant roles. According to Sacnilk.com, the film has generated a net revenue of ₹112.75 crore in India following its fourth week of release.

About Sky Force

Drawing inspiration from actual events, Sky Force presents a gripping narrative that sheds light on one of India's earliest and most lethal airstrikes against Pakistan. The film chronicles the odyssey of a hero who goes missing in action and his comrade's unwavering pursuit of the truth. At its core, Sky Force focuses on India's inaugural airstrike, specifically the assault on the Sargodha airbase during the Indo-Pakistani air war of 1965.

In discussing the film, Akshay expressed, “Sky Force occupies a unique position in my heart. While it draws inspiration from actual events, this film offers much more than just action; it explores profound emotions, an unyielding commitment to serving our country, and the connections that unite us.”

I am excited that Sky Force is now available on Prime Video,” he further remarked.

The film's climax is highly effective, largely due to the performance of an actor who has long moved beyond the label of 'khiladi.' Akshay Kumar is recognized as a true actor, rather than being defined by a single tag. Veer Pahariya makes a strong debut in his first film, demonstrating the ability to command a scene alongside seasoned performers, though he would benefit from further refinement. Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur have limited screen time, with Kaur being credited for a special appearance.
