Sky Force box office earnings on day six: The action-drama film featuring Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya premiered in theatres last week, generating significant anticipation. The film experienced a strong debut during its opening weekend and is steadily approaching the ₹100 crore milestone in box office revenue within India.

The report indicates that the film's total earnings have reached ₹ 80.75 crore after six days in theatres. On its sixth day of release, the film reportedly garnered ₹ 5.75 crore based on preliminary estimates.

Sky Force earned ₹ 12.25 crore on its first day and demonstrated growth over the weekend. By the end of the weekend, it had surpassed ₹ 60 crore, although there was a decline in revenue during the weekdays.

Sky Force achieved the highest opening day figures for an Akshay Kumar film in recent years, exceeding the opening day performances of the actor's 2024 films Sarfira, which earned ₹ 2.5 crore, and Khel Khel Mein, which collected ₹ 5.05 crore.

The film depicts India's assault on Pakistan's Sargodha airbase during the 1965 Indo-Pakistani air conflict. It is directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani, with production by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik under the banner of Maddock Films, in collaboration with Jyoti Deshpande from Jio Studios. The cast includes Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur in significant roles. The film premiered on January 24.

Veer portrays Squadron Leader Ajjamada Boppayya Devayya, a recipient of the Mahavir Chakra. In an interview with ANI regarding his casting, he remarked, “I auditioned for a different film, but during the look and screen tests, something about me resonated with them. That is how I was selected for Sky Force. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be involved in a film that pays tribute to a genuine hero and conveys his inspiring narrative to the audience.”
