National award-winning music director and one of the most esteemed actors in the Tamil film industry, GV Prakash Kumar, takes on the role of the content-driven protagonist in the film ‘Kingston’. Since its announcement, the film has consistently attracted attention due to its innovative genre and substantial production value. The anticipation for the film has intensified following the unveiling of its first look by Sivakarthikeyan, a prominent figure in Tamil cinema.

Directed by debutant Kamal Prakash, the film stars GV Prakash and Divya Bharathi in leading roles, supported by a talented ensemble cast that includes Antony from ‘Merku Thodarchi Malai’, Chethan, Kumaravel, and Sabu Mohan, among others in significant roles. Gokul Benoy is responsible for cinematography, while GV Prakash Kumar also composes the music. Dhivek crafted the dialogue for the film. San Lokesh is in charge of editing, and S.S. Moorthy serves as the art director. The film features spectacular action sequences choreographed by Dhilip Subbarayan and is produced on a grand scale by Zee Studios and Parallel Universe, falling within the horror-adventure genre. Dinesh Guna is the creative producer.

GV Prakash Kumar is engaged in several notable aspects in Kingston. He is commencing his role as a producer with this film, which is being produced under the banner of Parallel Universe Pictures, and it signifies his 25th film as an actor. The producers have announced that the teaser for the film will be released on January 9.
