Actor Sivakarthikeyan who slowly reached to the stardom, initiated his home banner Sivakarthikeyan Productions and bankrolled some interesting films like Vaazhl, Doctor, and Don. Now, in the latest, the social media page of the actor on Wednesday revealed that the title teaser of its upcoming film will be unveiled on Thursday.

Sivakarthikeyan Productions’ next to be unveiled

Without hinting anything, the production' social media handle released a glimpse showing a school bell being rung, with children running out of the classroom happily. From the looks of it, the film is expected to be a light-hearted film that will appeal to the children. It is to be that Sivakarthikeyan is also a star who has large number of children as his audience. The makers did not unveil the cast and crew of the upcoming project.

Sivakarthikeyan Productions made its debut by backing the sports drama Kanaa headlined by Aishwarya Rajesh and directed by Arunraja Kamaraj. The film opened to positive reception. The banner has also backed films that brought in some fresh choices of stories and directors through projects like Vaazhl, Don and the upcoming film Kottukaali, starring Anna Ben and Soori and helmed by PS Vinothraj. A release date for Kottukaali is yet to be announced though the film had a run in the festival circuit.

Sivakarthikeyan’s line-up as actor

Actor Sivakarthikeyan, who was last seen in Ayalaan, will be starring in Amaran. The film is directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy and is backed by Raaj Kaml Films International. The action drama is a biopic of the late Mukund Varadarajan, who was a commissioned officer in the Indian Army's Rajput Regiment. He was posthumously awarded the Ashok Chakra for his operation with the 44th Rashtriya Rifles battalion. Sai Pallavi plays the female lead. The actor is also currently shooting for a film with AR Murugadoss, which will have Kannada actor Rukmini Vasanth as the female lead.
