Actor Sivakarthikeyan's first look from his forthcoming film directed by AR Murugadoss was unveiled on his birthday, February 17. Initially referred to as SK x ARM, the film has now officially been titled Madharasi. The title reveal was accompanied by a video showcasing the actor in an action-packed sequence.

Madharasi title glimpse

In a social media announcement, Sivakarthikeyan shared the film's title along with a poster featuring his character. He expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I am thrilled to present the title glimpse of our high-octane action entertainer, #Madharasi, alongside our esteemed @a.r.murugadoss and my dear @anirudhofficial. #SKxARM.” Director Murugadoss also shared his excitement, writing, “Happy Birthday to the beloved @Siva_Kartikeyan. The stage is set for the MASSIVE ACTION. Let the HAVOC commence. #SKxARM is #Madharasi. TITLE GLIMPSE & FIRST LOOK are now available!”

The promotional posters depict Sivakarthikeyan gazing intensely into the camera, with a backdrop illustrating him engaged in a fierce fight. The 44-second teaser further emphasizes this action theme, showcasing the actor delivering powerful kicks and instigating chaos. The glimpse also features Vidyut Jammwal, Biju Menon, and Rukmini Vasanth, with Biju portraying a police officer. Additionally, the film will be released in Hindi under the title Dil Madharasi, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

Fans expressed their excitement over Sivakarthikeyan's action portrayal. Upcoming work

In terms of upcoming projects, Sivakarthikeyan recently achieved success with the 2024 army biopic Amaran, which featured Sai Pallavi. In addition to Madharasi, he is currently filming Sudha Kongara’s Parasakthi alongside Sreeleela, Ravi Mohan, and Atharvaa. Meanwhile, Murugadoss is working on the Hindi film Sikandar, starring Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna.
