Aamir Khan's Sitaare Zameen Par Shoot Completed; Post-Production Work Now Begins
Sitaare Zameen Par serves as an official adaptation of the Spanish sports comedy, Campeones (2018), for those unfamiliar with it. This film acts as a spiritual successor to Taare Zameen Par, which debuted in 2007. In addition to Aamir Khan, the cast includes Genelia Deshmukh and Darsheel Safary, with direction by RS Prasanna.
In conjunction with the post-production efforts, Mr. Perfectionist aims to premiere the film in the summer of 2025 and is scheduled to hold focus-group screenings in February. According to an insider, "Aamir is recognized for his detailed-oriented filmmaking approach and frequently conducts focus-group screenings. This method is essential to his technique of refining the narrative in response to audience feedback." It is worth noting that Aamir has employed this strategy previously with films such as Dangal and Secret Superstar.
