In recent years, several Indian films have been made with a big budget, such as Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan starrer 'Kalki 2898 AD' (Rs 600 crore), Jr NTR and Ram Charan's 'RRR' (550 crores), or Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' (Rs 300 crore), but none of these films hold the title of having the most expensive movie scene in Indian cinema. It is Rohit Shetty's Singham Again which will have the most expensive climax scene costing 25 crore as per a report.

According to DNA, Singham Again, made on a budget of Rs 250 crore, has an epic climax scene that costs Rs 25 crore (10 percent of the production cost).

Notably, the climax scene will see an interesting showdown between Ajay Devgn as DCP Bajirao Singham, Ranveer Singh as ACP Sangram Bhalerao aka Simmba, and Akshay Kumar as DCP Veer Sooryavanshi vs the big bad villain, Arjun Kapoor as Danger Lanka.

The action sequence, shot in Hyderabad, will also feature Tiger Shroff as ACP Satya, Deepika Padukone as ACP Shakti Shetty, and Kareena Kapoor Khan as Avni Kamat Singham.

About Singham Again

Singham Again is the 3rd installment of Ajay Devgn-led Singham franchise and 5th part of Rohit Shetty Cop Universe. The first part was released in 2011 and became one of the most loved Bollywood films of the past decade. In 2014, a sequel titled Singham Returns was released, which featured Ajay along with Kareena Kapoor Khan.

In 2018, the Ranveer Singh-Sara Ali Khan starrer Simmba was released, followed by Sooryavanshi in 2021, which had Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead. 

Now Singham Again is scheduled to be released on Diwali 2024 and will feature Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor in important roles. The film was initially supposed to be released on August 15 but to avoid a box office clash with Stree 2, the release date was postponed.
