According to Sacnilk, the movie generated Rs. 29 crore on its second day, reflecting a small increase from Rs. 26 crore on the first day. As a result, Sikandar has accumulated a total of Rs. 55 crore over two days.

Sikandar was finally noticed by the theatre-goers?

Sikandar premiered on Sunday. Following its initial release, the film experienced a cooling-off period, leading to an increase in theater attendance during Eid. Interestingly, unlike the first day when attendance dropped in the evening, the second day saw a significant rise in foot traffic, reaching nearly 30%.

Sikandar's ultimate litmus test begins

While other films undergo their critical evaluation on Monday, Sikandar's assessment begins on Tuesday due to the Eid festival occurring on Monday. The true measure of a film's success is determined when audiences attend theaters on a weekday. If viewers choose to go to the cinemas after work on Tuesday, thereby enhancing Sikandar's Box Office performance, the film stands a good chance of reaching, if not exceeding, the Rs. 200 crore mark, as Salman Khan has anticipated. It is important to mention that his earlier release, Tiger 3, surpassed the Rs. 200 crore threshold; however, that film was produced with a budget of Rs. 300 crore. Consequently, for Sikandar to be classified as a superhit, Salman will require significantly more than Rs. 200 crore, although the film has already recouped approximately 70% of its budget through digital rights, making it easier for Sikandar to achieve profitability.
