According to the production company, Germany and the Netherlands have demonstrated the strongest response. Although advance bookings have only recently commenced, sources linked to the production house indicate that many screenings are already sold out.

Sikandar marks numerous milestones. This film represents the inaugural collaboration between Salman Khan and both director AR Murugadoss and his female lead, Rashmika Mandanna. Additionally, the movie has adopted an innovative approach by breaking the traditional Friday release pattern; instead of opting for a Thursday or mid-week launch, it will premiere on a Sunday. This decision was primarily influenced by Salman's desire to have the film released in proximity to Eid, which occurs on Monday, March 31.

Can Sikandar earn Rs. 200 crore?

If Sikandar were to debut on a Friday, it would likely have approached the Rs. 200 crore milestone. However, its release on a Sunday poses a significant risk, as the filmmakers will miss out on the Jumma (Friday) night audience and an entire day of the weekend. On the positive side, a Sunday launch almost ensures a strong opening for Sikandar. The remaining question is whether the opening can reach the Rs. 100 crore threshold, a possibility that Salman Khan has alluded to.
