Siddharth 40, the new film featuring the actor and a talented cast, is currently in production. We’ve already shared this news with you. Recently, the creators dropped the title and the first look of the film on social media, and it’s officially titled 3 BHK.

Actor Siddharth, known for his role in Miss You, is set to collaborate with director Sri Ganesh on a new Tamil film. The project, titled 3 BHK, was announced along with a sneak peek and first look, and it's being described as a family drama.

The teaser kicks off with Siddharth's voiceover, where he shares the tale of a house, highlighting the significance of the little things within it. Each item tells its own story and carries its own meaning. We get a glimpse of a couple living joyfully with their two adult kids, and the title is finally revealed. It seems like Devyani and Sarathkumar, the beloved duo from Suryavamsam, are coming back together to portray a couple, while Siddharth and Meetha will take on the roles of their children.

The cast of 3 BHK features Siddharth, Sarath Kumar, Devayani, Yogi Babu, Meetha Raghunath, Chaithra, and more. With Sri Ganesh at the helm for writing and directing, the film is set to hit theaters in summer 2025. The technical team includes Dinesh Krishnan B and Jithin Stanislaus behind the camera, while Amrit Ramnath, the son of renowned playback singer Bombay Jayashri, is on music duty. Ganesh Siva is taking care of editing, and Vinoth Rajkumar N is in charge of production design.

In a past chat with OTTplay, Sarathkumar mentioned that the story will follow a couple from ages 35 to 80, focusing on their dream of building a home amidst various societal pressures.
