Things take a turn when his business partner goes missing and he gets entangled in a murky world of criminal gangs. The movie also follows a romantic twist as Lucas falls for a Siberian café owner, Katya (Ana Ularu).

Written by Scott B. Smith, the ensemble cast also follows Pasha D. Lychnikoff and Molly Ringwald in prominent roles. Apart from the star-studded ensemble and layered characters, the movie is a perfect blend of romance, betrayal, heartbreak, crime, espionage, and suspense leaving viewers intrigued.

Meanwhile, Keanu Reeves also serves as the producer for this romantic thriller. Sharing key insights from the experience of producing and featuring in the same project, he revealed that he enjoyed the project but it was also quite challenging to switch between the roles. “Creatively, it was challenging because of the tones it mixes — it’s a thriller, it’s a romance, there’s some comedy, not quite comedy but humor in it, so I was really interested in the tonal complexity and ambition,” Reeves told IndieWire.
