Century Star Shivarajkumar has completed filming for his forthcoming project titled 45, which represents the directorial debut of composer Arjun Janya. This occurred prior to his departure to the United States for surgery related to his cancer treatment. Following this, the actor oversaw the release of his own production, Bhairathi Ranagal, and it was anticipated that 45 would be released in theatres soon thereafter.

According to the announcement regarding the release date for Sankranti, the film "45" is still quite distant from its premiere. Arjun has disclosed that the movie, featuring Upendra and Raj B Shetty, is scheduled to be released in theatres on August 15, which is a substantial seven months from now. He further clarified that the film is finished and currently in post-production, noting that the time needed for the completion of essential visual effects is the reason for the August 15 release date.

The visual effects for the film 45 are being executed by Marz (Monsters Aliens Robots Zombies VFX), a company located in Canada. The firm is anticipated to complete its work by May, allowing Arjun a few months to implement any necessary corrections prior to the film's release. Arjun stated, "This is not standard computer graphics; the film includes motion video akin to a cartoon, which is being produced in 3D and necessitated a year of development."

The date for the theatrical release was revealed through an animated video featuring Shivarajkumar riding a scooter, while numerous armed assailants fired at him. He retaliated with a multi-barrel machine gun mounted on the vehicle. The announcement video faced criticism for its illogical elements; however, Arjun, who has been reticent regarding the film's content, asserted that the dynamics among the three characters will demonstrate that nothing is beyond reach when audiences witness them together on screen.

During the event announcing the release date, Arjun acknowledged that the 'arrival' video may appear illogical when viewed without the context of the narrative. Nevertheless, he assured that such concerns would not arise in relation to the story itself.
