ZEE5 has acquired the post-theatrical streaming rights for this sea fantasy horror film and is set to launch it digitally. This film represents the second collaboration between GV Prakash and Divya Bharathi, who previously starred together in Bachelor. Kingston on OTT: Streaming schedule for GV Prakash’s sea adventure film

The versatile GV Prakash Kumar, who is also anticipating the release of Good Bad Ugly, last appeared in the 2025 Tamil film Kingston. This sea adventure horror film was released in March and is now ready to make its OTT debut after its theatrical run. ZEE5 has secured the streaming rights and will premiere the film on April 13. Kingston will be available for streaming on ZEE TV and the OTT platform starting at 12 PM on April 13, in Tamil, as announced by the streaming service.

Kingston represents the second partnership between GV Prakash and Divya Bharathi, following their previous collaboration in the romantic courtroom drama Bachelor. In addition to GV Prakash and Divya Bharathi, the film boasts a notable cast that includes Chetan, Azhagam Perumaal, Elango Kumaravel, Sabumon Abdusamad, Antony, Arunachaleswaran, and Rajesh Balachandiran in significant roles.

Kingston, crafted by writer and director Kamal Prakash, centers on the fishing village of Thoovathur, which faces a fishing ban. GV Prakash stars as the lead character, Kingston, who embarks on a journey into the ocean upon discovering that he has been involved in drug smuggling rather than harvesting sea cucumbers.

The film features a musical score by GV Prakash, who also serves as the producer. Gokul Benoy is responsible for the cinematography, while San Lokesh has taken on the editing duties for this feature.
