Director Poorvaj, renowned for his engaging films such as Shukra, Matarani Maunamidi, and A Masterpiece, is generating significant excitement with his forthcoming sci-fi action thriller, Killer. It is particularly noteworthy that Poorvaj will also take on the lead role in this film. He is joined by Jyothi Poorvaj in the role of the heroine, while Vishal Raj and Gautham will portray the other two principal characters. The film is being produced under the Think Cinema banner, in partnership with AU&I and Merge XR. This project represents the second production effort for Poorvaj, alongside Prajay Kamath and A. Padmanabhareddy.

The initial segment of the film, titled Killer: Dream Girl, is currently in production, with the second shooting schedule recently completed. This segment took place in Ramoji Film City, the Vikarabad Forest Area, and Hyderabad. The lead actors, including Poorvaj, Jyothi Poorvaj, Vishal Raj, and Gautham, were actively involved in this phase of filming.
