Salman Sikandar has kept Salman Khan heavily engaged in promotional efforts. In a meeting with journalists at a hotel in Mumbai on Wednesday, the superstar appeared particularly relaxed and candid, addressing various subjects including his film and the ongoing debate regarding nepotism in Bollywood.

Salman Khan dismisses the idea of being "self-made"

Should you inquire Salman about his status as a "self-made" star, he would respond, "No one in this world is self-made." He does not subscribe to that notion, emphasizing that success is a collective endeavor. He further mentioned that had his father not relocated to Mumbai, he would likely be a farmer in Indore. Salman's current position is a direct result of his father Salim Khan's choices.

Salman stated that he had the option to return, but he chose to continue his father's legacy instead. He came here to pursue a career in the film industry. Now, as his son, the decision to either return or remain in Mumbai rests with the superstar. People often create new terms to encapsulate the situation, such as the commonly used word: nepotism; he embraces it.

A journalist later mentioned that Rasha Thadani, the daughter of Raveena Tandon, was entering the industry while discussing new talent. Taken by surprise, Salman realized he had confused Raveena with Kangana. He exclaimed, "Kangana's daughter is coming?" As journalists sought clarification, Salman humorously inquired, "If Kangana's daughter were to enter the industry, would she pursue acting or venture into politics?" The reporters referenced "nepotism," to which the actor replied that she would need to seek alternative employment.

For those not considering watching Sikandar or any of the other new releases this week, Salman highly recommends doing so. Sikandar, L2: Empuraan, and Jaat would be fantastic choices to enjoy, especially with the generous Eid offerings. The superstar expresses his hope for the success of all three major stars' upcoming projects.

The film features an ensemble cast that includes Sikandar, Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, and Sharman Joshi. It is set to be released in theaters on March 30, coinciding with the celebration of Eid.
