Salman Khan has ensured to fulfill his work commitments even during his tough times. The Bollywood superstar resumed shooting for Bigg Boss 18, a week after his friend and senior NCP leader Baba Siddique's tragic death. Amid getting death threats, Salman is now off to Hyderabad to work on his upcoming movie, Sikandar. The superstar has resumed the AR Murugadoss film shoot at the Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad.
Salman Khan resumes Sikandar's shoot
Photos and videos from Sikandar's shoot have surfaced online. The first glimpses from Salman Khan's film shoot offer a picturesque view of the Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad. The buzz is that team Sikandar arrived a day before the film's shoot began. Interestingly, this venue holds a special significance in Salman's life.
The superstar's sister Arpita Khan got married to her husband Aayush Sharma at the palace in November 2014. A decade later, Salman has returned to this venue for his movie Sikandar's shoot. Even when Khan was in Mumbai, he shot for the movie with beefed-up security amid death threats.
Helmed by AR Murugadoss, Sikandar also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Prateik Babbar, and Sathyaraj. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on Eid 2025. It is being produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under his production banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
Salman Khan's cameo in Singham Again
Meanwhile, Salman Khan shot for a special cameo in Rohit Shetty's Singham Again days before its theatrical release. The superstar's special appearance in the Ajay Devgn-starrer got the loudest cheer in cinema halls. Khan reprised his character of Chulbul Pandey from Dabangg for Rohit's cop drama. The movie was released on November 1, 2024.
