Sabdham, the newly released Tamil film featuring Aadhi Pinisetty in the lead role, is poised to make its debut on OTT platforms shortly. Prime Video has acquired the streaming rights following its theatrical release, with the film set to premiere on March 28.

Sabdham OTT release date: Where and when to stream horror thriller

Following the success of Eeram, Aadhi Pinisetty has once again collaborated with director Arivazhagan for the film Sabdham. This horror thriller, which premiered in theaters on February 28, will be available on Prime Video after its theatrical run, with the OTT release scheduled for March 28. The film explores themes related to sound and marks Aadhi's second project with the director.

In Sabdham, Aadhi portrays Ruben, a paranormal investigator tasked with examining a series of mysterious suicides among college students at a medical institution. While developing his own theories, he encounters Avantika (Lakshmi Menon), a junior lecturer and resident doctor who is skeptical of the supernatural and is focused on her thesis regarding hallucinations. However, the situation becomes increasingly complex when a third student dies under similar enigmatic circumstances.

The cast also includes notable actors such as Simran, Laila, Redin Kingsley, MS Baskar, Rajiv Menon, and Vivek Prasanna. The film is written and directed by Arivazhagan, with music composed by Thaman S and cinematography by Arun Bathmanaban. The production is handled by 7G Siva.

Arivazhagan, a former assistant to director Shankar, created the Tamil web series Tamil Rockerz, featuring Arun Vijay in the lead role. This series, which delves into the issue of movie piracy, is available on SonyLIV and the OTTplay Premium app. His action thriller film Kuttram 23, also starring Arun Vijay, can be found on OTTplay Premium at discounted rates, as well as on ZEE5. Additionally, Arivazhagan's 2017 film Aarathu Sinam, a remake of the Malayalam movie Memories, is accessible on OTTplay Premium and SunNXT, featuring Arulnithi, Aishwarya Rajesh, and Aishwarya Dutta.
