Today, December 18, the producers revealed the release date for The Roshans, an engaging four-part docu-series that provides a close examination of the remarkable legacy of one of the most celebrated film families in Indian cinema. The series is scheduled to debut on January 17, 2025, exclusively on Netflix.

In a social media announcement, Netflix introduced a new poster featuring Hrithik Roshan, Rakesh Roshan, and Rajesh Roshan.

The accompanying caption stated: "Lights, camera, family! Immerse yourself in the world of The Roshans through music, films, and a connection that embodies legacy. Watch The Roshans, premiering on January 17, only on Netflix."

Industry veteran Shashi Ranjan has taken the helm as director and co-producer of the docu-series alongside Rakesh Roshan. This series features intimate interviews and poignant personal stories from industry peers, friends, and colleagues, who provide their insights into the Roshan legacy. Titled "The Roshans," the series pays homage to the essence of Roshan Saab’s song "Rahen Na Rahen Hum," celebrating their timeless melodies, unforgettable narratives, and lasting influence on Indian cinema.

Previously, the Roshan family conveyed their enthusiasm for the project, stating, “We are thrilled to collaborate with Netflix and unveil stories that have remained untold, which have significantly influenced our lives. This platform enables us to connect with audiences worldwide, and it is a privilege to present our journey to viewers.”

According to credible reports, the documentary is expected to include contributions from Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Sham Kaushal, who will share their perspectives on the journey of the Roshan family.
