The highly anticipated trailer for Vidaamuyarchi, featuring Ajith Kumar in the leading role, has now been released. The production team unveiled this action-packed trailer on social media on Saturday, alongside the announcement of the film's release date.

Vidaamuyarchi trailer is out

This film marks the first collaboration between Ajith Kumar and director Magizh Thirumeni. Described as an action thriller, Vidaamuyarchi is produced under the Lyca Productions banner. The much-anticipated trailer was shared on social media on Thursday, January 16.

The trailer opens with an intense car chase and collision on a desolate road. Following this, viewers are introduced to the lead characters, showcasing affectionate moments between Trisha and Ajith. An emotional struggle is evident between the couple, while Arjun and Regina are also depicted as a pair facing their own challenges. The trailer hints at an impending conflict between the two couples, filled with action and suspense, suggesting a road action drama.

Trisha plays the female lead, reuniting with Ajith Kumar after their previous collaboration in Yennai Arindhal. The cast also includes Regina Cassandra, Arjun Sarja, Aarva, and others in significant roles. The film's music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with cinematography handled by Om Prakash.

Vidaamuyarchi release date

Regarding the release date of Vidaamuyarchi, it was initially slated for January 10. However, the producers decided to postpone the release by ten days. The new release date, announced alongside the trailer, is set for February 6.

Vidaamuyarchi has received a U/A certification and has a runtime of 2 hours and 30 minutes. The post-theatrical streaming rights have been acquired by Netflix.
