The teaser of Revolver Rita, the upcoming Tamil film starring actor Keerthy Suresh in the lead role, was released by the makers on social media on Thursday, for the occasion of the actor's birthday.

Actor Keerthy Suresh is set to headline upcoming Tamil film Revolver Rita. The makers of the film released the teaser of the film on Thursday, for the occasion of the actor’s birthday.

The teaser begins with a couple of men in car snatching the handbag of Keerthy Suresh. They soon find that the bag is filled with weapons like knife and gun. Soon, we see Keerthy Suresh entering their place. They assume her to be a don, agent or police, as we are left with the question who she is. The teaser ends on the note Keerthy getting a call from her mother.

Revolver Rita is written and directed by JK Chandru. Besides Keerthy Suresh, the film also stars Radikaa Sarathkumar, Sunil, Ajay Ghosh, Redin Kingsley, Super Subbarayan, John Vijay and others. The film is produced by Sudhan Sundaram and Jagadish Palanisamy under the banners Passion Studios and The Route.

Sean Roldan has scored the music with cinematography by Dinesh Krishnan. B. The editor is Praveen. K.L. Netflix has bagged the post-theatrical rights of the film.

Keerthy Suresh was recently seen in period comedy drama Raghu Thatha. The film is available for streaming on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium app. Directed by Suman Kumar, the film is about a bank employee Kayalvizhi who is firm about not learning Hindi to write bank exams and get promotion. But at the same time, she is also a staunch feminist, and is caught in a conundrum between patriarchy and principle.
