With each passing day, more Telugu films are skipping their theatrical releases and opting for a digital release. One such film that will hit the OTT space is Veeranjaneyulu Vihara Yatra. The family drama is all set to stream on ETV Win on August 14, 2024, and there is a massive buzz for this film.

Investigative thriller 'Rape D' is out on OTT

Next in line is Rape D, which is a crime thriller made on a very low budget. We have come to know that the film will also skip its theatrical release and has opted for an OTT release. The latest update is that the film is available for streaming on the Bcineet App from August 10, 2024.

Rape D star cast details

Rape D stars Vishva Karthikeya and Karunya Chowdary in lead roles. Once the film starts streaming on the Bcineet App, the film will also be available on the other popular Telugu platform from August 24, 2024. The makers will soon hold an event and reveal the name of the popular OTT platform on which the film will stream in the days to come.

Rape D is produced by Devi Mereti under the Talent Cafe Production banner. Ravi Sharma is all set to make his debut as a director with this film which has mostly newcomers in key roles. Rape D is presented by Sadhvi Pranavi, whereas Y. Ramana Murthy and Yashwant Thota co-produce the film.

Rape D has music by Vikas Kurimella, and Prakash Ved penned the dialogues for this film. The director Ravi Sharma says that Rape D has a very sensitive subject and is an investigative thriller.
