Telugu actor Ram Pothineni has heaped praises on HanuMan, which seems to be emerging as the biggest hit among the other Telugu HanuMan releases. He heaped praises on director Prasanth Varma for doing the "unthinkable" and congratulated the main cast and crew of the movie.

"Lord Hanuman is known for Doing the Unthinkable & the film #Hanuman has followed suit.. Hastoff to your vision , belief & conviction @PrasanthVarma Kudos to your passion for cinema sir @Niran_Reddy Great job & selection of films buddy @tejasajja123 Congratulations @Actor_Amritha @varusarath5 #KishoreVenella #Satya #Getupsreenu @GowrahariK @Anudeepdev & team for your lovely contribution.Well deserved success!," said Ram Pothineni.

Ram Pothineni is the latest to join the list of high-profile members of the Telugu film industry who have endorsed the film with glowing reviews. Earlier, Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi had thrown his weight behind the film's promotion, giving a much-needed confidence boost to the cast and crew as they faced an uphill task of vying for attention and screen count amid other highly-anticipated new releases.

HanuMan is inspired by Indian mythological stories. Prasanth Varma has taken the myth of HanuMan and has blended it with sophisticated VFX effects that his budget could afford. And the combination seems to have struck a strong chord with the audiences, especially among the Telugu-speaking population worldwide.

HanuMan is set in the fictional town of Anjanadri. The quaint village has a mythical secret buried under its water. The film's protagonist Hanumanthu (played by Teja Sajja) is an aimless youth, who spends most time antagonizing a village monkey and stealing things from the villagers. However, his life takes a drastic turn, when he stumbles on a pearl stone, which is made of Lord Hanuman's blood. The stone gives Hanumanthu unlimited power. What will an aimless youth do with such a power?

HanuMan also Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Raj Deepak Shetty and Vinay Rai.
