Produced by Lyca Productions, and with music by AR Rahman, Lal Salaam is a sports drama that intersperses conflicts in the name of religion. The film follows the clashes that exist between Muslims and Hindus in the village, against the backdrop of cricket.

Lal Salaam received negative responses upon its release. “Lal Salaam is a film with noble intentions but is wary of what it has to say.
