For the occasion of Raghava Lawrence's birthday on Tuesday, October 29, the makers of the actor's upcoming film unveiled the first look title poster on social media. Called Kaala Bhairava, the film will mark Raghava Lawrence's 25th film as lead actor. It is written and directed by filmmaker Ramesh Varma.

A new film is at work featuring actor-choreographer Raghava Lawrence in the lead role. The film announcement was made on Tuesday on social media, marking Raghava Lawrence's birthday. The film is titled Kaala Bhairava and will be directed by Ramesh Varma, who has earlier made Telugu films like Khiladi and Rakshasudu.

The makers have not yet announced the additional cast and crew of the film. Kaala Bhairava will release in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. A release date has not yet been unveiled by the team. Goldmines Telefilms and A Studios LLP are backing Kaala Bhairava.
Raghava Lawrence’s line-up
Meanwhile, Raghava Lawrence was last seen in the 2023 Tamil film Jigarthanda DoubleX, directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The critically acclaimed film also stars SJ Suryah and is available for streaming on Netflix. The film is a spiritual sequel of the filmmaker’s hit 2014 film Jigarthanda.
Raghava Lawrence has several films lined up. One of them is Benz, directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan, and will be produced under director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s home production house, G Squad and Passion Studios. The film is expected to come under LCU, which already includes Kaithi, Vikram, and Leo films. Raghava Lawrence also has films like Adhigaram and Bullet at various stages of production. A release date for all these films is yet to be announced by Raghava.
