Pushpa 2: The Rule has demonstrated remarkable box office performance on its third day of release. Directed by Sukumar and featuring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, the film has shown no signs of deceleration. As reported by trade analyst Ramesh Bala, it has achieved a staggering worldwide collection of ₹600 crore within just three days.

According to Sacnilk.com, the film Pushpa 2: The Rule garnered a net collection of ₹10.65 crore in India during its premieres on December 4. The film achieved net earnings of ₹164.25 crore, ₹93.8 crore, and ₹119.25 crore on its first Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, respectively, bringing the total net collection in India to ₹387.95 crore and the gross to ₹463.9 crore.

On Sunday morning, Ramesh announced via X (formerly Twitter) that Pushpa 2: The Rule had amassed a gross of ₹600 crore worldwide within three days, stating, “In 3 days, #Pushpa2TheRule has crossed ₹600 Crs+ Gross at the WW Box office. The fastest in Indian Cinema.” The film is projected to surpass the ₹800 crore milestone by the end of its first weekend.

‘The madness of two people’

The cast and crew of Pushpa 2: The Rule convened a press conference in Hyderabad on Saturday evening to reflect on the film's achievements. Producer Ravi Kumar from Mythri Movie Makers characterized the film by stating, “Pushpa 2 embodies the fervour of two individuals, and the entire world is now observing it.” Allu Arjun added, “We represent a modest and localized film industry. Progressing from that foundation to achieve the status of India’s highest-grossing film is no simple task.”

About Pushpa 2: The Rule

Pushpa 2: The Rule continues the narrative from the conclusion of its 2021 predecessor, Pushpa: The Rise. Arjun's character, Pushpa Raj, has ascended to the role of a red Sanders smuggler and leads the syndicate. He is now wed to Srivalli, portrayed by Rashmika, and his intense rivalry with police officer Bhanwar Singh Shekawat, played by Fahadh, escalates significantly. The third instalment has been named The Rampage.
