Recent reports from industry experts indicate that Prithviraj Sukumaran has become the highest-grossing Malayalam actor at the box office in 2024. He achieved this remarkable feat with two consecutive blockbusters: the critically acclaimed survival drama Aadujeevitham and the comedy-drama Guruvayoorambala Nadayil. Notably, the film directed by Blessy has garnered over Rs 160 crore in total revenue from its global box office run.

The film directed by Vipin Das, in contrast, garnered approximately Rs 90 crore at the global box office throughout its theatrical release. Collectively, the two films achieved a total box office revenue of around Rs 250 crore. Consequently, Prithviraj Sukumaran produced the two highest-grossing films of his acting career in 2024. Additionally, Aadujeevitham distinguished itself as the fastest Malayalam film to reach Rs 50 crore and ranked as the third highest-grossing film in the industry’s history.
