Young heroes Prince and Naresh Agastya are playing leads in the upcoming film "Kali." This film is produced by the banner "Rudra Creations" and presented by famous story writer K. Raghavendra Reddy. Directed by Siva Sashu, Leela Gautam Varma is the producer. The film is a psychological thriller and is getting ready for a grand theatrical release on October 4th. K. Raghavendra Reddy, the presenter of the film, interacted with media about the film and shared insights.

- I have been involved in the Telugu film industry as a journalist, PRO, movie rights consultant, and writer for many years. During this time, when I heard stories that I liked, I worked as a film presenter for them. In the past, I acted as a presenter for a movie called "Alanti Sitralu." When I heard the story of "Kali," I was very impressed and started working on this movie as well.

- After the Corona pandemic, the number of suicides has increased worldwide, and it is also common in our country. When someone tries to commit suicide, it is better if someone stops them and takes away the thought. Those who contemplate suicide may not have such thoughts again if they receive help. Director Siva Sashu wrote the story of "Kali" with this point in mind. I felt it was new when I heard the story; it seems no one has made a film with such a background. The backdrop is fresh. I believed that if we made a movie like "Kali," we would gain recognition, so I acted as a presenter for this project. Our movie will be well received in theaters, multiplexes, and OTT.

- After the release of the trailer for "Kali," it received praise from many people. "Kalki 2898AD" director Nag Ashwin released the teaser, and Prabhas posted about it on social media. This helped our film reach a wider audience. The trailer was released by director Prashanth Varma. Following the trailer's release, we received business inquiries, including for OTT. We will share details after the film's release. Prince and Naresh Agastya are talented actors who have already proven themselves in many films. Their performances in "Kali" is impressive. Prince and Naresh Agastya performed like they are competing.

- A good person named Sivaram decides to commit suicide due to problems he faces in life. At that moment, a stranger knocks on his door. The story of "Kali" explores how Sivaram's life changes when that stranger enters his house. We have presented this point crisply, without unnecessary messages or introductions. The VFX in our movie is of good quality. We did not compromise on VFX. We also built a set for the film and shot there. We spent what was necessary for the film; nothing was wasted. Priyadarshi voices the lizard character, and Ayyappa P. Sharma provides the dubbing for the wall clock. When you watch the movie, you'll feel that they acted.

- While making films with smaller heroes, it is better to choose genres where business can be worked out practically. You need to select a movie suitable for both theater and OTT. If the cost of production increases by 10 to 15 percent, it is not ideal. However, spending a couple of crores more could be wasted. The producer will be safer if they make a movie by calculating all these factors. "Kali" producer Leela Gautam Varma is a passionate young man in filmmaking. Many people of his age opt for love stories, but Leela chose a mature subject like "Kali." He has a bright future as a producer and will produce more good movies in the future.

- Director Siva Sashu is talented and has a mastery over Puranas. While working on this movie, it became clear that Shiva Sashu has incredible talent. The film "Kali" will bring him good fame.

- My journey as a story writer continues. Currently, a film for which I have provided a story is being shot in America. I also scripted a movie with a devotional theme, and pre-production work is ongoing for that film. I have no intention of directing; I find professional satisfaction in many of the films I've worked on.
