Recent developments regarding The Raja Saab indicate a possible postponement of its release. It has been reported that Prabhas sustained an injury while working on another project, Fauji, in Hyderabad, and he is expected to travel to Germany for medical treatment.

A representative from his team has confirmed that Prabhas will be sidelined for three months, which will inevitably affect the timelines of his current projects, including The Raja Saab. With portions of the film still left to shoot and potential scheduling issues anticipated following Prabhas's recovery, the production team has reportedly opted to delay the film's release.

Siddhu Jonnalagadda's Jack to take The Raja Saab's date

The speculation surrounding this delay intensified when Siddhu Jonnalagadda announced that his upcoming film, Jack, is set to be released on April 10, 2025. Given Prabhas's prominence in the industry, it is unusual for another star to schedule a release on the same date, which indirectly suggests the postponement of The Raja Saab.

In this film, Prabhas is expected to portray a quirky character, and his appearance as an elderly man gained significant attention a few months ago. The cast includes Malavika Mohanan and Niddhi Agerwal in leading roles, with production handled by Mythri Movie Makers. Additionally, Prabhas will also be seen as a charming lover boy in one of his roles. The film's music is composed by Thaman.
