The series, led by Eijaz Khan in the role of Ravi Verma, showcases Pooja Gor as Officer Durga. In anticipation of the release, both actors engaged in an exclusive interview with OTTplay, where they discussed their characters and various elements of the series. Pooja highlighted how her character contributes distinct qualities to the ensemble of Adrishyam 2.

In a conversation, Pooja Gor elaborated on her role as Officer Durga in Adrishyam 2 - The Invisible Heroes. She remarked, "Durga is fierce and resolute. She approaches the complexities of her position with significant emotional resilience and determination. Her perspective on the challenges faced by her team is unique. She is driven by a commitment to serve her country, and her passion for her work, along with her love for her nation, serves as her greatest strength."

Pooja elaborated, stating, "She embodies a conflicted nature, which is evident throughout her journey, revealing a distinctly human aspect to her character. Durga operates within a grey area in her general approach to life, reflecting the complexities of her character. She possesses her own flaws and is very much visible as a human being, which is what I appreciate most about her. There is an air of mystery surrounding her, with various layers of her personality being gradually revealed in each episode, and that is what I truly admire about the way Durga has been crafted."

Furthermore, Pooja discussed her preparations for Adrishyam 2, noting that the action sequences were a completely new experience for her. While the physical training was rigorous, it was the mental discipline that posed the greatest challenge for the actress. She engaged in weapon handling training, which was thrilling, but emphasized that mastering breath control was essential for performing intricate scenes.

Adrishyam 2, featuring Eijaz Khan as Ravi Verma, alongside Officer Durga and the entire team, confronts a more formidable adversary and navigates complex scenarios, including heartbreaking betrayals and an unyielding struggle to protect the nation.

The cast also includes Swaroopa Ghosh, Tarun Anand, Chirag Mehra, Roshnee Rai, Parag Chadha, Zara Khan, and Shriya Jha. Directed by Anshuman Kishore Singh, the series will premiere on SonyLIV on April 4.
