The much-awaited biographical drama Phule has just dropped its official trailer, and fans are counting down to its theatrical debut on April 11, 2025, which happens to be the birth anniversary of the iconic social reformer Mahatma Jyotirao Phule. Pratik Gandhi takes on the lead role as Mahatma Phule, while Patralekhaa plays his wife, Savitribai Phule, who was a trailblazing educator and social activist.

Directed by the acclaimed Ananth Narayan Mahadevan, a National Award-winning filmmaker, Phule aims to highlight the remarkable contributions of Mahatma Phule, a visionary who championed the rights of women and marginalized groups in 19th-century India.
