Phoenix to stream on Manorama Max

Recently, this popular Malayalam portal has started buying the digital rights of multiple films. Every week, a movie starts streaming on it. Manorama Max now offers a number of the latest ones, such as Bharathanatyam, CID Ramachandran Retd. SI, and Pavi Caretaker.

Phoenix, which made its digital debut soon after a decent theatrical run in November last year, was parised for its intriguing storyline, jump scares, and performances. Abhirami Bose's portrayal of Anna Rose and Chandhunadh's as Freddy were also well-received by the audience. By the end of October, the film is anticipated to be accessible on Manorama Max, following the release of other scheduled films on the platform.

Phoenix, a good horror film

Aju Varghese's character John and his family relocate to a secluded island house with the intention of starting anew, but a horrifying series of events transpires, with his kids suffering the most. The occupants of the house start receiving letters addressed to someone named Freddy and start seeing and hearing strange things in the house. After a while, the movie reveals how these things impact John and his family and presents a moving love tale set in the 1970s.

The film, written by Midhun Manuel Thomas, debuted on November 17 in cinemas. Front Row Productions, led by Rinish K N, is the production company behind the film. Additionally, online users commended Sam C S's compositions for Phoenix, particularly the song "Ennile Punchiri," sung by K S Chithra and Kapil Kapilan. The song beautifully captures the warmth of the growing passion between Freddy and Anna Rose.
