Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor are preparing to work together on a film for the first time. They will appear in Tushar Jalota's romantic comedy, titled Param Sundari. Sidharth began filming earlier in December 2024 in Navi Mumbai, and Janhvi joined the production this month. A recent report has provided an update regarding the progress of the film's shooting.

Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor are scheduled to travel to Kerala today, January 18, for a month-long filming of Param Sundari. Based on the poster's design, it is anticipated that the pair will introduce a distinctive perspective on romance in their upcoming film.

The actor expressed, "This Diwali represents a new beginning as I embark on my latest project. It is thrilling to return to the romantic genre after several years, and I eagerly anticipate crafting something enjoyable and unforgettable alongside Janhvi (Kapoor, my co-star)." He further remarked that this marks a new chapter that aligns perfectly with the season of fresh starts.

Sidharth is set to portray a business tycoon from Delhi, while Janhvi Kapoor's character originates from Kerala. Reports indicate that Sidharth will embody a refined and affluent business magnate in the film directed by Tushar Jalota.

Regarding Janhvi's role, a source disclosed, "Janhvi portrays a contemporary artist with strong convictions and a solid value system. Her character is a South Indian woman from Kerala. The narrative explores how the two characters fall in love despite their starkly different personalities."

Additionally, sources have indicated that filming for Param Sundari is expected to conclude by February 2025, with a scheduled release date of July 25, 2025.
