Disney+ Hotstar released a glimpse of its upcoming Tamil project Parachute, on social media on Tuesday, October 29. The web series will feature actors Shaam, Kishore, Kani Thiru, and others.

The makers of Parachute released a teaser of sorts, on social media recently. The upcoming Tamil web series will feature actors Krishna, Kani Thiru, Kaali Venkat, Bava Chelladurai, Shaam, and others, along with child artists Shakthi Ritwik, and Iyal in prominent roles.
The teaser shows two children playing with fish, as we see the kids having fun with simple moments. As their mother comes searching for them, we get to know that the children have wandered off somewhere by taking the bike. From the looks of the teaser, Parachute appears to be a family drama, that will concentrate on a family of four, with a special focus on the two children and their adventures.
Parachute is directed by Sridhar K. The technical crew consists of Om Narayan as the cinematographer and Richard Kevin handling the edits. Parachute is backed by Krishna under his banner Tribal Horse Entertainment. A release date for the web series is yet to be announced by the makers.

Apart from Parachute, Disney+ Hotstar has been releasing various web series this year. Uppu Puli Kaaram, a family drama is an ongoing series that is dropping four episodes every week. The streaming platform also released the limited series Goli Soda - The Rising, created by filmmaker Vijay Milton, director Radha Mohan’s comedy family drama Chutney Sambar, featuring Yogi Babu in the lead role, and the ongoing latest season of campus drama Kana Kaanum Kalangal.
Apart from this, you can also watch the ongoing Tamil season of the reality show Bigg Boss. Hosted by actor Vijay Sethupathi, the streaming platform provides a live telecast of the show, with a brand new episode dropping every day at 9 PM.
