Kunchacko Boban is all set to play the lead in his next project, titled Officer. The movie, which was written by Nayattu-fame Shahi Kabir, looks to be an exciting action-packed emotional drama with lots of interesting elements. Actor Vishak Nair is set to play the antagonist, according to recent reports. In the upcoming days, more information regarding the cast and crew of the film is expected.

Jithu Ashraf, a debutant, is directing the picture, which is anticipated to be a high-end production. Officer is rumoured to start filming after Kunchacko Boban finishes up his ongoing projects, which include Amal Neerad's eagerly awaited directorial, Bougainvillea.

Following Mammootty's huge hit Bheeshma Parvam, Amal Neerad made a comeback to the film industry with the much-anticipated project, which is being marketed as a chic action film. Reports state that Fahadh has a brief cameo in the film, which features Kunchacko Boban in the main role.

Alongside Sharaf U Dheen, Jyothirmayi, Veena Nandakumar, Srinda, and other notable actors, Kunchacko Boban is reportedly playing a distinctive character in the film with sinister undertones. The soundtrack and original score for the movie are being composed by Sushin Shyam.

Kunchacko Boban’s Grrr to release on Disney+ Hotstar

When the actor's most recent movie, Grrr, released in theatres in June, reviews were not entirely favourable. Disney+ Hotstar will offer streaming access for the movie following its theatrical run, it has been confirmed. The hilarious series of events that take place at the Thiruvananthapuram Zoo in a single day are shown in the trailer, which also offers a spoiler for the movie's plot. The media circus that surrounds this ridiculous issue is also hinted at in the movie's trailer.

This movie is directed by Jay K. The film's cast includes Rajesh Madhavan, Shruti Ramachandran, Anagha, Alencier Ley Lopez, and Shobi Thilakan. The film is being co-produced by Arya, Shaji Nadesan, Cineholix, and August Cinemas.
