Vennela Kishore played the lead in the film O Manchi Ghost, which was released on June 21, 2024. The horror comedy ended as a flop at the box office. Now, the latest update is that Aha has grabbed the OTT rights to the film for a very nominal price. The makers were struggling to find a platform, but Aha came in and closed the deal.

OMG OTT release date is out

OMG was directed by Shankar K Marthand and made on a budget of less than Rs 5 crore. Despite the decent trailer, OMG failed to click at the box office. Aha has now announced that OMG will be available for streaming from August 15, 2024. The same was conveyed through a swanky new poster by Aha on August 13, 2024.

Shakalaka Shankar, Nandita Swetha, Navami Gayak, Naveen Neni, Rajat Ragava, and Raghu Babu played key roles in this film which had music by Anup Rubens. OMG is about four friends who kidnap the heroine, played by Nandita Swetha, to make quick bucks.

They take her to a haunted house, but little do they know that the house has a ghost, which is related to the heroine, and hell breaks loose when the friends enter the house. Vennela Kishore's performance was appreciated a lot. His one-liners and the way he reacts to the horror comedy scenes in the film are super cool in the film.

The conflict point in the film is not handled properly. There is a flashback episode that fails to click and does not evoke any strong emotion. Such aspects took the film down in no time. Now that OMG will be available for streaming on Aha from August 15, 2024, we need to see how this film will fare online. Watch this space for more updates on this project.
