Aarambham is a low-budget Telugu film that hit screens on May 10, 2024. The film had a great premise, but the way it was narrated did not sit well with many, and Aarambham flopped at the box office in a big way. In just three weeks after its release, Aarambham became available on ETV Win on May 23, 2024.
Aarambham is now streaming on ETV Win
Now, the latest update is that Aarambham is set to be made available on SunNXT starting October 25, 2024. The popular OTT platform acquired the rights for a very nominal price and has added Aarambham to its library. Aarambham is based on the Kannada novel Neenu Ninnolage Khaidi, written by Anush A. Shetty.
The film is a prison-break drama with many thrilling moments that grab your attention. Speaking in an interview, director Ajay mentioned that the subject and genre of Aarambham perfectly suit the OTT audience and will be talked about for a long time.
Aarambham features Mohan Bhagath, Ravindra Vijay, and Supritha Sathyanarayan in key roles. The film was initially made as a direct OTT release and completed production in 2021. However, due to COVID-related delays, the release was postponed. As the theatrical business improved in late 2023, the makers decided to have a theatrical release on May 10, 2024.
Unfortunately, their plans didn’t work at the box office. Now, Aarambham will soon be available on both ETV Win and SunNXT. Those who enjoy prison break films with a socio-fantasy angle can check it out on October 25, 2024. We'll have to see how the film performs on OTT. Stay tuned for more updates.
