Now that Shin Min-a's Son Hae-yeong has proposed marriage to Kim Young-dae's Kim Ji-uk, they have started sharing romantic moments. Their first happens to be under an umbrella. It is the very first romantic moment they will share after the proposal. Here’s what you can expect from No Gain No Love’s second episode, scheduled to start streaming soon…

The umbrella romance in the second episode

Son Hae-yeong holds an umbrella and Kim Ji-uk joins her. He excuses himself and gets close to her, under the umbrella. When she asks him what his intentions are, he questions if she is alright. “With what?,” Hae-yeong asks, to which Ji-uk questions if her heart flutters and her breathing is faster. Despite the answer being an obvious yes, she goes on to say, “Not at all.”

Hae-yeong proposes marriage to Ji-uk

In the previous episode of No Gain No Love, Hae-yeong went to put a marriage proposal in front of Ji-uk. As viewers, this came as a surprise, mainly because their relationship was not established at the point. Of course, right before the episode came to an end, it was revealed that the convenience store where Ji-uk works, witnessed Hae-yeong in pain when in her previous relationship with Ahn U-jae (Go Wook). Back then, it was Ji-uk who understood her and offered support.

Cut to the present, Ji-uk, a usually calm and loving person, loses his cool when it comes to Hae-yeong. He is not too pleased with her materialistic thought process and in the last episode (also the first one), he presented her with a cigarette pack which was deadlier than the rest. This only went on to prove the kind of hate relationship they share. However, since Hae-yeong did end up proposing marriage to Ji-uk, there’s a lot more in store for the viewers, and episode 2 will give us some more glimpse into what Hae-yeong and Ji-uk really are.

No Gain No Love will be out on Monday and Tuesday. It will premiere today at 5.20 pm in India and will be available at the same time every Monday-Tuesday till Tuesday, October 1. The show has 12 episodes, with two releasing on Prime Video every week.
