No Gain No Love episode 1 preview: Shin Min-a's Son Hae-yeong brings home a present, her cheating boyfriend's face in a box
2 months ago | 39 Views
No Gain No Love is set to premiere in a few minutes, and the makers have already gotten fans excited (and confused) with a promo from the first episode. In this episode, one can notice Shin Min-a's Son Hae-yeong as someone who is absolutely not normal. It does not end there. Her best friends do not appear normal either. Here's what will happen in the episode...
Son Hae-yeong brings her ex-boyfriend's head in a box
Hae-yeong was definitely not happy after hearing that her ex-boyfriend was cheating on her. He was two-timing and the friends got to know about it. Hae-yeong brings home a box, with her ex-boyfriend's head in it. While initially excited over the plan, her BFFs eventually question the obvious - what is wrong with her? (Is she crazy?)
Not just about Son Hae-yeong
Although she has a major part to play in the series, No Gain No Love is definitely not just about Hae-yeong. The show will also tell the tale of the male lead Kim Ji-wook, played by Kim Young-dae. He is a convenience store employee working in the same vicinity. His story is expected to run parallelly with Hae-yeong's, at least initially.
It is to be noted that the show also features Han Ji-hyun as Nam Ja-yeon, Lee Sang-yi as Bok Gyu-hyeon, Jeon Hye-won as Kwon Yi-rin and Lee Yoo-jin as Yeo Ha-jun. Ja-yeon and Bok Gyu-hyeon play the second leads in the drama.
The plot of No Gain No Love
Hae-yeong has a promotion coming up, and an office romance can ruin that. Thus, she decides to have a fake wedding and finds herself striking a deal with her neighbourhood convenience store employee, Ji-wook. While she wants to marry to avoid losses, he wants to avoid trouble. Thus, it is a gain for both of them, who are bound to fall in love over the period of time that they are together in a fake marriage.
No Gain No Love will be out on Monday and Tuesday. It will premiere today at 5.20 pm in India and will be available at the same time every Monday-Tuesday till Tuesday, October 1. The show has 12 episodes, with two releasing on Prime Video every week.
