A day after Netflix revealed its lineup of Telugu films for 2025 in celebration of Sankranti, which featured titles such as OG, Mass Jathara, and VD12, attention shifted to another significant market for the streaming service—Tamil cinema. The announcement of Netflix Pandigai, detailing the Tamil films set to be available on the platform following their theatrical releases, was made in conjunction with Pongal.

In the previous year, the platform had disclosed a selection of nine films, including Ajith Kumar’s Vidaamuyarchi, which has yet to premiere and is now slated for a 2025 release. The Netflix Pandigai 2025 initiative commenced with Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly, anticipated to hit theatres in April, followed by Suriya’s Retro, Dhruv Vikram’s Bison, Pradeep Ranganathan's Dragon, and Kaantha featuring Dulquer and Rana Daggubati.

Here’s the complete list of Netflix Pandigai 2025 Tamil movie titles

• Good Bad Ugly: Ajith and Trisha star in the action comedy directed by Adhik Ravichandran. The film will be in theatres on April 10, 2025. 
• Retro: Director Karthik Subbaraj's gangster film, with Suriya and Pooja Hegde in the lead, is set to release on May 1, 2025. Also part of the eclectic cast are Jayaram, Joju George, Karunakaran, Nassar, Prakash Raj, Sujith Shankar, Prem Kumar, Ramachandran Durairaj, Remya Suresh and George Maryan.
• Bison: Mari Selvaraj's film is a sports drama featuring Dhruv Vikram in the lead, along with Anupama Parameshwaran. The film also stars Lal, Pasupathy, Rajisha Vijayan, Hari Krishnan, Azhagam Perumal and Kalaiyarasan in supporting roles and is likely to be a summer of 2025 theatrical release.

Dragon: Director Ashwath Marimuthu, in collaboration with the lead actor Pradeep Ranganathan, is reported to have a theatrical release scheduled for February 2025. The cast includes Anupama Parameswaran, Kayadu Lohar, and Gautham Vasudev Menon, among others.

All announcements related to Netflix Pandigai 2025 will be accessible with audio options in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi, in addition to the original Tamil version.
