Nani is riding high in his career with a string of successful films, and he's now preparing for his upcoming major project, HIT 3, scheduled to hit theaters on May 1, 2025. Directed by Sailesh Kolanu, this third chapter of the HIT series is expected to bring fresh and exciting features that will truly wow the audience.

Nani's perspective on turning HIT into a huge franchise

In a recent chat with Anupama Chopra, Nani laid out his ambitious plans for the HIT series, aiming to transform it into a franchise reminiscent of the Avengers. "We're all set with the third movie, and our vision is to make HIT a multi-language franchise. Each version will feature a well-known star in the lead role, and ultimately, we intend to unite them all in a huge crossover event," Nani shared.

The HIT franchise has already showcased various lead actors. Vishwak Sen took the lead in HIT Part 1, while Adivi Sesh led Part 2. In the Hindi version, Rajkumar Rao was the star. Now, for HIT 3, Nani is stepping up to take the lead in the Telugu edition.

Talking about his role and the storyline of the film, Nani mentioned, "HIT 3 kicks off as a typical investigative thriller, but as the plot develops, it evolves into a high-octane action flick. I can say with certainty that HIT 3 is the most intense and crowd-pleasing film in the series. Viewers will get to see me in a totally different light."

Sailesh Kolanu is at the helm of directing HIT 3

Director Sailesh Kolanu, known for his work on Saindhav with Venkatesh, is back with HIT 3 after stepping away due to Saindhav's disappointing box office results. Nani, who is producing the film, mentioned that a substantial budget has been set aside to guarantee high production quality. He emphasized, "HIT 3 matches Bollywood films in scale and visuals."

This film is the first Telugu project for actress Srinidhi Shetty, who has an important role. There's also buzz that Adivi Sesh could pop up in a cameo. When questioned about the lead actor in HIT 4, Nani playfully said, "You’ll have to see the film to discover!". Keep an eye out for more news on this thrilling project.
